Our Philosophy
Every person has their own unique value and the right to a happy and full life as they envision it. This can be
achieved if assistance given is respectful and aimed at teaching independence.
Who is Eligible?
Our services are available to individuals who are:
- 16 years of age or older
- Living with the effects of an acquired brain injury
- Residing or planning to reside within the four counties
of Haliburton, Northumberland, Peterborough and the City of Kawartha Lakes
- Medically stable
- Goal oriented
How Do I Receive Support?
To request the support offered by our team, a "Request for Service" form must be completed. Based on the
information received, a pre-service assessment will be arranged. There is no charge for our services.
