Residents of the Central East LHIN are invited to shape the delivery of health care in the Central East region through a telephone poll (launched August 11th) and a survey (link below). The poll and survey are designed to measure the public’s current level of confidence in the health care system.

The survey includes a short series of questions about hospital emergency departments and chronic conditions like diabetes and stroke. Strict privacy protocols are followed and the identity of respondents is protected. You do not have to provide any contact information for your survey results to be valid.

Survey responses will be incorporated into the next Central East LHIN Integrated Health Service Plan (IHSP) which will guide the direction of the health care system in the Central East region for the next three years. The survey can be found here.
